Newspaper editors are always looking for "wild art," also known as feature photos.  I saw this man on his front porch shaving as I was driving by.  I shot several photos (which I no longer have) from different angles, many showing his face and the razor in his hand.  But this image, taken from his front yard, is the one that captured the moment best in my mind's eye.  The photo ran on the front page that afternoon.
